Definitions
"Company" – Element Carpentry Ltd., Israel. "User" – anyone who browses the site, registers, contacts us, orders a service, or performs any action through it. "Services" – design, manufacture, and installation of custom carpentry furniture.
Use of the website
- The site may only be used by persons aged 18 or older.
- You may not use the site for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.
- You may not attempt to harm, slow, or disrupt the site's operation.
- Any content you publish (e.g. comments) is solely your responsibility.
Service availability
We aim to operate without interruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control.
Orders & payment
- Prices shown on the site are initial estimates only. The final price is set after professional consultation and measurement.
- Placing an order is not binding until a signed quote is approved.
- An approved order requires a deposit of at least 30% of the order total.
- Full payment is due after production is complete and before installation.
Cancellations, refunds, and changes are governed by our refunds & cancellations policy.
Delivery times
Displayed delivery times are estimates only. We will notify you of any material delay. Delays due to external factors (e.g. construction completion, material imports) are not our responsibility.
Intellectual property
All site content | design, logo, images, and text | is the Company's exclusive property and protected by copyright. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from use of the site or services, beyond what Israeli law requires.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. Material changes take effect 14 days after publication. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any dispute shall be heard in the competent courts of Israel.
